About this product
K-ROLL® rollers are the result of fixing a WC sleeve on a steel body by a very special method. WC guide rollers were developed for applications where tool steel rollers are inadequate, but the machining difficulty, high unit weight and cost of tungsten carbide limited their use. K-Roll® rollers largely eliminate these drawbacks.
- Up to 10 times longer service life
- Lower unit cost compared with tool-steel rollers
- Reduced rolling-mill downtime
- Easy machining of bearing cases thanks to the steel body
- Revision cost advantage compared to TiC rollers
- Positive effect on material quality, especially for quality steel
