ATN TECH was founded in 2017 by engineers with many years of experience in the iron and steel industry. It was set up as a production-oriented manufacturer of wear and spare parts for electric steelmaking plants and long product rolling mills. Today, ATN TECH operates two divisions under one roof.
With its customer-oriented approach and ethical business philosophy, ATN TECH keeps improving its capacity and service quality every day.
ATN TECH has a production area of more than 2,000 m², a fabrication capacity of over 1,500 tonnes per year, and a skilled production team with more than 30 years of experience in steel. We serve customers in more than 25 countries worldwide. All manufacturing processes and after-sales services follow the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, welding operations are certified to EN ISO 3834-2, and occupational health and safety is managed in accordance with ISO 45001:2018.
Our Divisions
Design, manufacturing and assembly of structural steel and water cooled equipment for meltshops: EAF roofs, upper and lower shells, water cooled panels, ducts and elbows, dedusting lines, ladle furnace and vacuum degassing segments, tundishes, CCM components, billet transfer roller ways, alloy silos and recuperators.
Shear blades, patented K-Bolt® composite rolls, roller and static guide systems, carbide and labyrinth rings, pinch rolls, Tempcore cooling nozzles, complete mill stands, chocks, couplings, pneumatic clutches, shafts and notching tool holders. Also roll pass design, slitting systems and complete mill revamping projects including reheating furnace modernization.
